Michael DeLuca, Owner, Physical Therapist
Michael is a native Philadelphian and continues to reside in the city. He entered clinical practice in the fall of 1979, working as a staff physical therapist in a local private practice. In 1983 Michael co-founded Pennsport Physical Therapy. Over the past twenty-five years he has continued his clinical education taking courses and seminars on the latest techniques of clinical practice. Michael is proud to say that his son, Paul, after recently earning a DPT, now joins him in carrying on our mission at Pennsport Physical Therapy to provide quality care for all of our patients.
Paul DeLuca, Owner, Physical Therapist
Paul received his Doctorate’s degree in Physical Therapy from Neumann College in 2008. As a recent graduate, Paul is able to bring the latest trends in health care to keep Pennsport Physical Therapy on the cutting edge of physical rehabilitation. His exposure to physical therapy is extensive, as his father Michael DeLuca has allowed him to observe and work as an aide at Pennsport for many years that have provided him with an invaluable clinical exposure. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Paul can relate well to our patients and their needs.
Michelle Paladino, MS, Office Manager
Michelle was born and raised in south Philadelphia and continues to reside there with her husband. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Widener University in 2005 and her Master’s degree in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007. Michelle manages the day-to-day operations of Pennsport Physical Therapy, and is knowledgeable about a variety of issues related to patient care, including health insurance and benefit information.
